I think we all know what this problem is: A lack of groundbreaking official releases for several years. Still, this is important enough that I will get this discussion on the forums as well. I talked about it during one of my streams and subsequently brought it up on chat. I've been wondering about this for a fair bit longer than today, though I did stress myself into a corner. Until then, please bear with me while I find the time to get my points straighter. I am aware of this and intend to rectify that at the next opportunity. i planned to make a whole art style based on this at one point, but i don't remember making any more than three sprites for it.Īs of right now I haven't made an optimal case. i tried not to put too much detail in it, since MM1 had simpler sprites.Īnd finally, here's some random girl i drew up when i was bored. Here's my try at an 8-bit oilman, with the scarf covering his mouth like in the archie comics. i find these a little squished together in a few aspects. i was looking at his mm4 sprites often while drawing this, so you might spot a lot of similarities between mine and capcom's :vįire man and cut man, both in a 16-bit ish style - not exactly wily wars, though. I tend to shift between styles a lot, though i'm most familiar with NES-like sprites, 'specially megaman's art style. Whenever i feel like it, i'll post any sprites i have made at one point or another. and so i decided to make a sprite thread. X can change his F special by using his D specialĬapcom, DarkSamus993, Random Talking Bush, The Spriters Resource, Sprite Database, Sprite inc., AcidoCinza, Ahuron, Alex.d.So, i got pretty bored at one point.
